The minimum and maximum amounts apply to individual deposits in CHF. Additional requirements may apply depending on your account and payment method.

Other supported cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano. Cryptocurrency limits are expressed as CHF equivalents. The number of coins you send for your chosen CHF amount depends on the exchange rate.
The minimum deposit and minimum deposit for a bonus are not the same. Being able to deposit from 10 CHF does not necessarily mean you qualify for the welcome bonus. The minimum deposit for the casino welcome bonus is 20 EUR. See our welcome bonus for additional terms.
How to fund your Wintino account
Choose a method and amount
Select a payment method available to your account and an amount within its limits. Your card or other payment method must belong to you.
Confirm your payment
Complete the payment using your selected method. Depending on the provider, an additional confirmation may be required. The funds become available to play with only once the deposit has been credited to your casino account. Making a deposit alone does not automatically give you a bonus; the relevant activation conditions apply.
Depositing in Swiss francs
You can fund your Wintino account in CHF. If you pay from an account in another currency, your payment provider may convert the amount and charge fees.
Cryptocurrency deposits may also incur conversion costs and network fees.
When will my deposit be available?
The crediting time depends on the payment method and successful payment confirmation. An amount pending with your bank has not yet been credited to your casino account. Cryptocurrency payments also require processing on the relevant network.
If an amount has been debited but is not in your casino balance, our support team can help investigate the payment. Making another payment may result in a second debit and will not speed up the first one.
TWINT, PostFinance and paysafecard
Can I deposit with TWINT or PostFinance?
We do not currently offer TWINT or PostFinance for CHF deposits. You can use a card, PSCRD or one of our supported cryptocurrencies instead. Whether a PostFinance card can be used depends on whether it meets the requirements for card payments.
Can I use paysafecard credit?
Our support team can clarify whether you can use paysafecard credit for your account before you buy it. Deposits through PSCRD have a minimum of 10 CHF and a maximum of 900 CHF. Only enter voucher codes through the payment method intended for them.
Can I deposit with Revolut or Skrill?
We do not currently offer direct CHF deposits through Revolut or Skrill. Both methods are available for withdrawals. For deposits, you can use a card, PSCRD or cryptocurrency; card payments depend on whether your card is supported by the payment provider.
Bitcoin, USDT and other cryptocurrencies
We accept deposits in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, USDC, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano. USDT is supported on ERC20, Solana, BEP20 and TRC20; USDC is also supported on Solana.
The currency and network must match the selected deposit method. For USDT on TRC20, send USDT over the TRC20 network to the address provided for that method. Do not use an address intended for a different network.
The minimum Bitcoin deposit is equivalent to 33 CHF. For the other supported cryptocurrencies, the minimum is 10 CHF. Network fees and conversion can affect the amount credited. Transfer times also depend on the relevant network.
Play with or without a bonus – your choice
Our casino welcome bonus is 125% up to 976.80 CHF plus 250 free spins. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR. You must wager the combined deposit and bonus 35 times and free spin winnings 40 times. You have ten days from activation to meet the wagering requirements.
If you want to play with a bonus, accept it before playing with your first deposit. Additional limits apply to converting bonus winnings. You can also deposit and play without a bonus.
Deposit and withdrawal limits are different
Not every deposit method also supports withdrawals. For example, card withdrawals range from 15 to 3’000 CHF per transaction, while card deposits range from 15 to 2’000 CHF. The minimum Bitcoin withdrawal is equivalent to 60 CHF, compared with 33 CHF for a deposit.
Where possible, we use the same payment method for withdrawals as for deposits. Account verification and the daily and monthly limits for your VIP level also apply. Even without a bonus, you must wager your deposit at least once before withdrawing; a minimum wagering amount of 20 EUR also applies during the month in which you request a withdrawal. If deposit wagering requirements are not met, winnings may be forfeited and fees may apply.
If a deposit does not work
Your payment is declined
A payment may fail because the amount is outside the permitted limits, the payment details are incorrect or an additional confirmation was not completed. Your payment provider may also decline a transaction. If your bank declines the payment, it may be able to explain why. Our support team can help with questions about your Wintino account.
Money debited but no balance credited
Our support team can trace the payment using its amount, date, method and transaction reference. For card payments, we also need to know whether the amount is only pending or has been fully debited. Making another deposit creates an additional payment and may result in another debit.
A crypto deposit has not arrived
For cryptocurrency payments, we need the transaction hash – the identifier for your transfer – along with the currency and network. If you use the wrong currency or network, the funds may not be credited. Our support team can investigate whether the payment can be identified.

What is the minimum deposit?
For CHF, deposits start at 10 CHF through PSCRD and most supported cryptocurrencies. The minimum is 15 CHF for cards and an equivalent of 33 CHF for Bitcoin. Higher minimums may apply to bonuses.
Can I deposit in CHF?
Yes. We offer card, PSCRD and cryptocurrency payments for CHF deposits. Cryptocurrency limits are expressed as CHF equivalents. Currency conversion charges may apply when using a payment method denominated in another currency.
Are TWINT and PostFinance available?
We do not currently offer TWINT or PostFinance for CHF deposits. You can use a card, PSCRD or cryptocurrency. A PostFinance card can only be used if it meets the requirements for the card payment method offered.
Can I deposit with paysafecard?
Our support team can clarify whether your particular paysafecard credit can be used with your account before you purchase it. Deposits through PSCRD range from 10 to 900 CHF. Only enter a code through a payment method designed to accept it.
Can I deposit Bitcoin or USDT?
Yes. Bitcoin deposits start at an equivalent of 33 CHF and USDT deposits at 10 CHF. We support USDT on ERC20, Solana, BEP20 and TRC20. The currency and network used for your transfer must match the selected deposit method.
Is 10 CHF enough for the welcome bonus?
The casino welcome bonus requires a minimum deposit of 20 EUR. A payment method's lower minimum does not replace this bonus requirement. Wagering requirements and other bonus rules also apply.
Are deposit and withdrawal limits the same?
No. With a card, you can deposit 15 to 2’000 CHF and withdraw 15 to 3’000 CHF. For Bitcoin, the minimum is 33 CHF for deposits and 60 CHF for withdrawals. Withdrawals are also subject to the daily and monthly limits of your VIP level.
