Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, and gambling must be legal in your location. Country restrictions imposed by the casino and individual game providers also apply. NetEnt games are not available in Switzerland.
Account information must be complete, accurate and up to date. Only one account is permitted per person and household. The same address, phone number, email address or IP address must not be used for multiple accounts. Accounts may not be transferred or sold. Login details must be kept confidential.
Verification
Wintino may verify your age, identity, residential address, payment methods and the source of your deposits. Requested documents must be submitted within 30 days. Withdrawals may be withheld and accounts suspended until verification is complete. Failure to provide the documents may result in permanent account closure.
Deposits and withdrawals
You may only make payments using payment methods that belong to you. Before withdrawing, you must wager your deposit at least once. A minimum wagering amount of 20 EUR also applies during the calendar month in which you request a withdrawal. If deposit wagering requirements are not met, winnings may be forfeited and fees may apply.
Withdrawals are subject to the payment method's limits and the daily and monthly limits for your VIP level. For CHF withdrawals, different minimum and maximum amounts and processing times apply depending on the payment method.
Bonuses and games
Each promotion has its own eligibility requirements, wagering deadlines, maximum bets and conversion limits. Where terms conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. Requesting a withdrawal may end your entitlement to a bonus; cancelling a bonus forfeits your casino bonus balance. The bonus terms apply to the welcome offer.
Collusion, fraud and the use of other people's accounts are prohibited. Bets or winnings resulting from prohibited activity may be voided. Gameplay and the payment of winnings are governed by the rules of the game variant selected.
Account closure and complaints
You can request account closure at support@wintino.com. Standard closure requires an account with no balance or outstanding debt and no pending withdrawal requests. If you request closure while funds remain or requests are pending, the amounts concerned will be forfeited.
