Responsible Gambling

Gambling can lead to financial problems and addiction. It is not a way to earn an income. Only people aged 18 or over may gamble.

Set limits on money and time

Only gamble with money you do not need for rent, bills or other essential expenses. Setting a budget and a time limit in advance can help you keep track of your spending and playing time.

Further bets will not necessarily recover previous losses. Gambling with borrowed money or under the influence of alcohol or drugs increases the risk of losing control.

Recognise the warning signs

Warning signs include gambling for longer or spending more than planned, hiding losses or borrowing money to keep playing. If gambling begins to affect work, family or other interests, seeking support is a sensible step. You can also seek advice before debts or other serious consequences arise.

Gambling breaks and self-exclusion

You can request a gambling break or self-exclusion from Wintino support at support@wintino.com. Make it clear in your message that you want your account restricted. You must also disclose any other existing accounts; no new accounts may be opened during self-exclusion.

Changing your password does not cancel self-exclusion. Support must first process your request. Your account may not yet be blocked while the request is being processed.
